We do have our own layouts, however will work with homeowners to create a unique floorplan, or are willing to search for one the homeowner will love. Mayflower Estates
River Valley Construction Group is the primary builder for Mayflower Estates. Located off of Mayflower Road this brand new development features 22 lots, 2 ponds and sidewalks and is located in the northwest part of South Bend, IN. The lots range from 0.75 – 5.29 acres and start at $75,000.
Shepherds Cove
Shepherds Cove is the newest development by River Valley Construction Group where we build custom homes for you. Located in PHM School District.
