Mishawaka, IN – January 27, 2025 – DJ Tavernier, owner of River Valley Construction Group, has once again been recognized for his outstanding contributions to the homebuilding industry, winning the 2024 Top Spike Award at the Home Builders Association of Saint Joseph Valley’s (HBASJV) 2025 Awards & Installation Banquet. The event took place on January 24, 2025, at Four Winds Casino South Bend.
The Top Spike Award is given to the member who recruits the most new members over the course of the year, helping to expand and strengthen the association’s network. Tavernier’s dedication to fostering growth within the HBASJV has been instrumental in bringing together builders, developers, and industry professionals who are committed to advancing the local homebuilding community.
